Zac Cooper is a South Carolina native who grew up in Greenville, South Carolina, and graduated from Clemson University. Zac began his career as an Engineering consultant traveling the country for the nuclear industry but eventually moved into a role as an industrial equipment sales representative. He later decided it was time for a change and moved to Charleston, South Carolina in 2018 to become a Mortgage Originator. Zac now enjoys helping everyone, from first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors, secure their new homes. When Zac is not helping people with their home needs, he enjoys traveling, landscape photography, and outdoor sports. Jake Williams is local to South Carolina and has lived here his entire life. Originally from Clemson, South Carolina, he moved to James Island in 2017. Prior to becoming a Loan Officer, Jake was a co-owner of a fast-growing food concept franchise in the Upstate. He spent nine years helping to grow multiple successful franchises with his partners before making his final move to Charleston. Jake is also a graduate of Clemson University, where he spends his weekends in the fall, rarely missing a home football game. Spending time on the water and casting a line are among his favorite hobbies. Jake has vast experience with first-time home buyers, all the way to veteran investors.

Savanna Williams was born and raised in Green Sea, South Carolina. She attended the University of South Carolina, graduating in May of 2016 with a bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management. This career path lined up with her love of the beach and led her to move to Charleston post-graduation in 2017.
